Transformator de masura curent pentru protectie MT
Transformator de curent (TC): transformator (reductor) utilizat cu functia de protectie (TP) (destinat informării releului de protecție).
In transformatorul de curent, curentul din circuitul secundar, in conditii normale de utilizare, are valoarea proportionala cu valoarea curentului primar, cu un defazaj vectorial in secundar apropiat de zero fata de vectorul curentului din circuitul primar.
Ordinul de mărime a curentului într-un sistem energetic se regaseste in intervalul – 0,01 ÷ 5.000 A, iar valorea uzuala pentru tensiunea nominala este – 12/24/36 kV.
Utilizarea transformatoarelor de curent (TC) medie tensiune o constituie in cea mai mare parte posturile de transformare, barele colectoare si statiile de distributie medie tensiune.
In cadru protectiilor la aparitia unui defect sau a unui regim anormal periculos elementul de masura EM, numit blocul de intrare, este reprezentat de fapt circuitul secundarele transformatoarelor de curent TC, iar elementul de executie EE, numit blocul de iesire, are ca element de iesire, in general, un releu (numeric) care da comanda de declansare la intreruptor si porneste instalatia de semnalizare a sistemului.
